Building Your Tier-2 Network
Why the people you bring into Flip 360 are worth more than the referrals you make yourself.
The maths of tier-2\n\nWhen you refer a customer to a partner, you earn tier-1 commission (e.g. 70% of the commission pool).\n\nWhen you refer another Flip 360 member, and they then refer customers, you earn tier-2 commission (typically 20–30%) on every referral they ever make, forever.\n\nSo: one good member you introduce can out-earn fifty customer referrals you make personally.\n\n## Who makes a great Flip 360 member\n\n- People who already refer informally (the friend who always knows the best [trade/lawyer/broker]).\n- People in adjacent service industries (hairdressers, personal trainers, real estate principals, accountants).\n- People who built a community around them — sports clubs, school P&C, networking groups.\n\n## The pitch in one line\n\n"I'm part of a network called Flip 360.
